1. ARE YOUR CBD PRODUCTS LEGAL IN MY COUNTRY?

All products for sale on our Swiss site are legal in Switzerland, we strictly follow the <1%THC regulation in place in the Swiss confederation. Herborisa can however not maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date guide concerning legality of our products in all countries. It is therefore each client’s responsibility to have checked the national regulations concerning the legality and circulation of our products in the intended territory of destination prior to purchase. Herborisia can not be held responsible for any legal implications concerning the delivery of our products in the client’s country. 2. I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?

Not at all. Minors under the age of 18 are not entitled to conclude an online purchase. Furthermore, as with any active substance from plants, we require a responsible and reasoned use of our products and strongly advise against any use by minors.

3. ARE YOU BASED IN SWITZERLAND ?

Yes we are, Herborisia group was founded in Switzerland in 2017 and is established in Martigny in the Valais region, close to our partner farms and laboratories. 

4. DO YOUR CBD PRODUCTS PRODUCE THE SAME EFFECTS AS MARIJUANA?

Not completely, our cannabis products contain most of the active compounds found in natural cannabis but only a very small level of THC (<1%), THC being the main psychoactive substance in cannabis, the one that gets you high, euphoric and dizzy. Our products do not produce these mind-altering states but all other cannabinoids (the active compounds of cannabis such as CBD, CBG, CBN etc…) interact to deliver varying well being and/or relaxing effects. Some of these effects are used in therapeutic purposes.

5. WHICH ARE THE CBD CONTENTS IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

The quantities vary depending on the products distributed. For each product, the rate or quantity of CBD is clearly indicated on the product page as well as on the product packaging. These values ​​are based on rigorous laboratory analyses.

6. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept payment by credit card.

7. HOW FAST CAN YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?

Depending on your geographical location, your order will  usually take 2 to 5 working days to reach you. 
In normal circumstances, your order will be handled, prepared and dispatched to a carrier within 24 hours from order.

8. WHERE AND HOW DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver domestically in Switzerland and in Europe with Swiss Post at this stage.

9. AND WHAT ABOUT DISCRETION?

Our parcels are anonymous, they do not bear any mention about us nor of the products contained.

10. IS IT PERMITTED TO HOLD OR USE CBD IN PUBLIC OR BEFORE DRIVING?

The possession and consumption of CBD products poses no legal problems.
On the other hand, the authorities currently do not have quick and inexpensive technical means of controlling the level of THC contained in products based on CBD, sometimes also called “cannabis light”. This is why it is to be expected that they will treat certain products (flowers, resins) in the same way as similar illegal products found on the black market which can lead to prosecution or a fine.
It is therefore necessary to use common sense in the event of a problem with the authorities and it is recommended to keep with you the proof of purchase of our products (invoice, packaging, etc.).
CBD is not a substance whose consumption is regulated when driving a vehicle. However, as with any potentially sedating active substance (which soothes and relaxes), reasoned consumption is recommended so as not to affect the attention necessary for driving a vehicle.
We decline any responsibility for the legal and / or pecuniary consequences which the final consumer could have to support in the event of improper or irresponsible use of the products sold on our commercial site, or resulting from an abusive decision of a public authority. We make available to our customers any document necessary to justify the cannabinoid levels contained in the products we distribute.

10. HOW TO USE CBD?

CBD can be consumed in several ways, by inhalation, ingestion, skin application, etc. Note that for use by inhalation, we advocate the use without combustion of our products (flowers, resins …) which we recommend replacing with vaporization.
Our product sheets detail the recommended consumption patterns for each product and contain general information on dosage and precautions for use. This information does not constitute, in any case, personal prescriptions and it is only disseminated for information. The effects of CBD vary depending on the person and any regular or therapeutic use should be considered with a doctor, in particular to prevent any risk of drug interaction or overdose.

11. ARE THERE TAXES OR DUTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

It will depend on the import / customs regulations and processes in place in your country. As default and for administrative efficiency purposes all our international shipments are declared as “other” (not a gift, not a sample, not a document) with a standardised CHF15 value. This has so far proven to be the most  efficient way to get our parcels delivered to your door without any administrative involvement. We decline however any responsibility for any additional costs (VAT, customs duties) attributable to an order, as well as for any seizure of the ordered products, or any loss of parcel due to a failure of the postal services. No compensation, refund or compensation will be offered in the event of loss, additional costs or fine imposed on the end customer.

12. ARE TRACKING URLs RELIABLE?

Have you ordered and received a tracking number but the package seems to be “frozen” or the number cannot be found? Do not panic, in 90% of the cases, it is not because the follow-up is not updated that your order does not follow its course. It is often a simple update problem on the website of the carrier concerned. We recommend waiting a few more days before taking steps (searches, cancellations, etc.), which are often time-consuming.
